Please join Securing America’s Future Energy and the Energy Security Leadership Council for the release of our latest report, A National Strategy for Energy Security: Harnessing American Resources and Innovation. The Council, a distinguished group of business and military leaders, are united in their belief that oil dependence is the most severe threat to the economic prosperity, national security and fiscal stability of the United States. A National Strategy is a suite of proposed policy recommendations designed to transform the nation’s energy security through a combination of major reductions in oil consumption, increases in domestic energy production, and reforms to energy-related regulations. The Council’s mission is to secure the support of a bipartisan coalition committed to making the necessary hard choices to implement meaningful solutions.
